The Offshore Drilling segment operations are conducted in the Gulf of Mexico, and offshore of California, Trinidad and Equatorial Guinea. The International Land segment operates in six international locations: Ecuador, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Tunisia and Bahrain. The company was founded in 1920 and is headquartered in Tulsa, OK.
