Its key products include analog HVICs and IGBT platforms, digital control ICs and IRAM integrated power modules. The Automotive Products segment provides energy saving solutions to automotive systems. It supplies products to various automotive applications ranging from AC and DC motor drives of all power classes, actuator drivers, automotive lighting and direct fuel injection for diesel and gasoline engines. The Enterprise Power segment is focused on data center applications such as servers, storage, routers and switches, notebooks, graphics cards, gaming consoles and other computing and consumer applications. Its products include DirectFET discrete products, CHil digital PWM controllers, power monitoring products, XPhase, SupIRBuckTM, iPOWIR voltage regulators, Low voltage ICs, and PowIRstagesTM. The HiRel segment provides high reliability power components and sub-assemblies designed to address power management requirements in mission critical applications such as satellites, launch vehicles, aircraft, ships and submarines. Its products include RadHard Discretes, Power Management Modules and DC-DC Converters. The Intellectual Property segment includes revenues from the sale of the company's technologies and manufacturing process know-how. The company was founded in August 1947 and is headquartered in El Segundo, CA.
