Koss Corp. operates in the audio and video industry segment of the home entertainment industry through its design, manufacture and sale of stereo headphones and related accessory products. Its products are sold through national retailers, international distributors, audio specialty stores, the Internet, direct mail catalogs, regional department store chains, discount department stores, military exchanges and prisons under the Koss brand. The company was founded by John C. Koss Sr. in 1958 and is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI.
