Kilroy Realty Corp. is a self-administered REIT active in premier office and industrial submarkets along the West Coast. It owns, develops, acquires and manages real estate assets in the coastal regions of Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, greater Seattle and the San Francisco Bay Area. The company operates its business through one reportable segment: Office Properties. The Office Properties segment is leased to tenants on a full service gross or modified gross basis. Kilroy Realty was founded on September 13, 1996 and is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.
