Company Description

LG Display Co., Ltd. engages in the development, production, and sale of thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) panels. It operates through the TFT-LCD and Flexible Display business areas. The TFT-LCD business provides LCD for television, monitor, laptop computers, mobile, information technology and applications, and light emitting diode (LED) backlight and three dimensions LCDs. The Flexible Display business provides electronic paper display (EPD), plastic EPD, and flexible touch electronic paper. It also offers organic LEDs. The company was founded in February 1985 and is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea
