LRAD Corp. is engaged in design, development and commercialization of directed sound technologies and products. The company develops and delivers innovative directed acoustic products that beam, focus and control sound over short and long distances. It offers a variety of directional sound products which meet a broad range of requirements from communicating with and deterring threats over a distance. Its proprietary sound reproduction technologies and products serve in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia markets. LRAD was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in San Diego, CA.
