The Laser based products within the distributed printing market primarily serve business customers. The Inkjet based products within the distributed printing market serves customers in the consumer market and currently, also serving for office environment. The Perceptive Software segment offers a complete suite of ECM and BPM software products and solutions. The enterprise content and business process management software and services markets primarily serve business customers. It develops and maintains software products such as ImageNow document management, document imaging and workflow and Pallas Athena BPM/DOM suite according to the needs of different users in varying industries such as healthcare, higher education, government and financial services. Lexmark International was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Lexington, KY.
