Macquarie Infrastructure Corp., owns, operates and invests in a portfolio of infrastructure businesses that provide services to other businesses, government agencies and individuals. It offers investors an opportunity to participate in the ownership of such businesses. The company operates through four segments: International-Matex Tank Terminals, Atlantic Aviation, Contracted Power and Energy, and Hawaii Gas. The International-MatexTank Terminals segment provides bulk liquid storage, handling and other services to third parties at ten marine terminals. The Atlantic Aviation segment provides fuel, terminal, aircraft hangaring and other services primarily to owners and operators of general aviation aircraft. The Contracted Power and Energy segment engages in the controlling interests in gas-fired, wind and solar power facilities. The Hawaii Gas segment engages in processing and distributing gas and providing related services in Hawaii. Macquarie Infrastructure was founded on April 13, 2004 and is headquartered in New York, NY.
