Company Description

Miller Energy Resources, Inc. is an independent oil and natural gas exploration, production and drilling company. It operates in multiple exploration basins in North America and focuses on Cook Inlet and Susitna Basins in Alaska and Chattanooga Shale in Appalachian basin. The company utilizes seismic data and other technologies for geophysical exploration and development of oil and gas wells. It also provides drilling and other services to oil and gas companies on a contract basis. The company was founded by Deloy Miller in 1967 and is headquartered in Knoxville, TN.
