McClatchy also operates local websites and its newspapers include The Miami Herald, The Sacramento Bee, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, The Kansas City Star, The Charlotte Observer and The Raleigh News and Observer. The company was founded in 1857 and is headquartered in Sacramento, CA.
