Company Description

American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. is a mortgage real estate investment trust that invests in and manages a leveraged portfolio of agency mortgage investments, non-agency mortgage investments and other mortgage-related investments. Its investment objective is to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns to its stockholders over the long-term through a combination of dividends and net book value appreciation. American Capital Mortgage Investment was founded on March 15, 2011 and is headquartered in Bethesda, MD.
