Company Description

New Gold Inc. is a natural resource exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of natural resource properties. The company's operating assets consist of the New Afton Mine in Canada, the Cerro San Pedro Mine in Mexico the Mesquite Mine in the United States and the Peak Gold Mines in Australia. Significant development projects include the Blackwater Project in Canada and El Morro Project in Chile. New Gold was founded on January 31, 1980 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
