Tegra runs devices like smartphones, tablets and PCs; it can also be embedded into smart devices, such as televisions, monitors, set-top boxes, gaming devices and cars. NVIDIA was founded by Jen-Hsun Huang, Chris A. Malachowsky and Curtis R. Priem in January 1993 and is headquartered in Santa Clara, CA.
