The Telecom Retail unit provides mass-market products, services and support to consumer customers as well as to the SME market in New Zealand. Telecom Retail's services include mobile voice, SMS and data, as well as fixed line access, calling and broadband. The Gen-i unit offers hosted and integrated information technology and telecommunications solutions for business clients. The AAPT unit owns and operates national voice and data network. It services includes: Managed voice, Managed data and fiber, Managed mobile, Hosted IT, Cloud solutions, IT outsourcing, Procurement of hardware and software and Professional services. The Telecom Wholesale and International business unit provides a range of regulated and commercial products to service providers throughout New Zealand and the world. Telecom Wholesale provides network services voice, mobile, interconnection, managed data, internet access and national backhaul products offers retail service providers the ability to create and extend their own networks to be able to provide a wide range of telecommunications services to their end-users. Telecom International provides traditional voice services and carrier service. The company was founded on February 24, 1987 and is headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand.
