Ocean Bio-Chem, Inc. is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of a broad line of appearance, performance, and maintenance products for the marine, automotive, power sports, recreational vehicle and outdoor power equipment markets, under the Star brite, Star tron, and other trademarks within the United States of America and Canada. It also produces private label formulations of many of its products for various customers and provides custom blending and packaging services of these and other products. Ocean Bio-Chem was founded by Peter G. Dornau and Arthur Spector on November 13, 1973 and is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
