It operate through three segments: Natural Gas Gathering & Processing, Natural Gas Pipelines and Natural Gas Liquids. The Natural Gas Gathering & Processing segment gathers and processes natural gas. The Natural Gas Pipelines segment owns and operates regulated interstate and intrastate natural gas transmission pipelines and natural gas storage facilities; and the Natural Gas Liquids segment gathers, treats and fractionates and transports NGLs and stores, markets and distributes NGL products. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Tulsa, OK.
