The Specialty chemicals segment develops, produces and supplies chemicals for electronic and industrial applications and photomasks to produce semiconductors and related products. The Battery Technologies segment provides advanced batteries, battery management systems, battery-related research and energetic devices for defense, aerospace and medical markets. OM Group was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Cleveland, OH.
