Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. owns, operates, and develops casinos, related hospitality and entertainment facilities. Its casinos are located in Lake Charles, New Orleans and Bossier City, Louisiana, St. Louis, Missouri, and Southeastern Indiana. The company also owns and operates a racetrack facility in Ohio. It is also developing L'Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge. The company was founded in 1938 and is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV.
