This segment also provides document management, direct marketing and fulfillment services. The Parcels segment provides parcel services in the Netherlands and Belgium for both domestic and cross-border international parcel distribution and related value-added services. The International segment operates in the postal markets of the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy with a focus on domestic addressed mail services. This segment also offers cross-border mail services and international business mail services. The company's business roots back to 1799 and was founded on May 31, 2011. It is headquartered in The Hague, the Netherlands.
