It owns oil and gas properties in onshore and offshore California, the Gulf Coast Region, including Haynesville Shale, Eagle Ford Shale and South and East Texas, the Mid-Continent Region and the Rocky Mountains. The company was founded in December 2002 and is headquartered in Houston, TX.
