These Royalty interests are derived from SandRidge's interests in specified oil and natural gas properties located in the Mississippian formation in Alfalfa, Garfield, Grant, Major and Woods counties, Oklahoma. Sandridge Mississippian Trust I was founded on December 30, 2010 and is headquartered in Austin, TX.
