Company Description

Solar Senior Capital Ltd., a closed end, externally managed and a non-diversified management investment company. The fund primarily invests in leveraged, middle-market companies in the form of senior secured loans, including first lien, unitranche and second lien debt instruments with an EBITDA of $20 to $60 million. It also invests in public companies in the form of debt. Its investment objective is to maximize current income consistent with the preservation of capital with an investment size ranging from $5 to $30 million.
