Company Description

Southcross Energy Partners LP owns, operates, develops and acquires midstream energy assets. It provides natural gas gathering, processing, treating, compression and transportation services and natural gas liquids, or NGLs, fractionation and transportation services. Southcross Energy Partners also source, purchase, transport and sells natural gas and NGLs to its power generation, industrial and utility customers primarily under fixed-spread contracts. The company was founded on April 12, 2012 and is headquartered in Dallas, TX.
