It develops and implements a range of comprehensive platform solutions for its customers that enable MVAS applications for its subscribers. It operates in two business segments: MVAS Technology Platforms and Mobile Payment Solutions. The MVAS Technology Platforms segment offers a variety of enabling solutions for telecom operators such as Caller Color Ring Back Tone, Color Numbering and Number Change Notification. The Mobile Payment Solutions segment facilitates commerce between mobile users, merchants and payment clearing systems. The company provides both hardware and software solutions that are integrated into its clients' existing IT infrastructure. It also offers additional services including technical support and system maintenance for its clients. The company was founded by Wanchun Hou and Qiang Li in December 2001 and is headquartered in Beijing, China.
