The HomeSense operates stores with a merchandise mix of home fashions similar to HomeGoods. The TJX Europe segment operates T.K. Maxx and HomeSense chains in Europe. The T.K. Maxx operates in the U.K., Ireland, Germany and Poland. Through its stores and, for the U.K, an online website, T.K. Maxx offers a merchandise mix similar to T.J. Maxx, Marshalls and Winners. The HomeSense in the U.K offers a merchandise mix of home fashions similar to that of HomeGoods in the U.S. and HomeSense in Canada. The company was founded by Stanley Harris Feldberg and Sumner L. Feldberg in 1956 and is headquartered in Framingham, MA.
