Company Description

TMS International Corp. provides outsourced industrial steel services to steel mills in North America. It operates through two segments: Mill Services Group and Raw Material and Optimization Group. The Mill Services Group provides a variety of services predominantly performed at the customer sites under long-term contracts. The Raw Material and Optimization Group provides services designed to assist its customers in their procurement or sale of scrap and other raw materials and to help in determining the lowest cost mixture of scrap and other steel making raw materials. The company was founded on October 31, 2006 and is headquartered in Glassport, PA.
