The Contemporary Brands segment comprises of 7 For All Mankind, John Varvatos, Splendid and Ella Moss brands. The Other business segment includes the VF Outlet business, which is a group of VF-operated outlet stores in the United States that sell a broad selection of excess quantities of VF products and other branded products. VF was founded in 1899 and headquartered in Greensboro, NC.
