Power LLC, which owns and leases to Wisconsin Electric generation plants constructed as part of it PTF initiative. The company's business roots back to 1896, when it started the business under the name The Milwaukee Electric Railway & Light Co. Wisconsin Energy was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI.
