The fund normally invests at least 95% of its total assets in the component securities of the index. It employs a "passive management" - or indexing - investment approach designed to track the performance of the WisdomTree Asia Pacific ex-Japan Index. The fund attempts to invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the common stocks that make up the index. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that is comprised of dividend paying companies in the Asia Pacific ex-Japan region. The fund is non-diversified.
