Investment Objective The investment seeks capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of small companies. It seeks capital appreciation by investing mainly in common stocks of small companies that the Adviser believes have strong long-term fundamentals, superior capital appreciation potential and attractive valuations.
