The fund normally invests at least 95% of its total assets in the component securities of the index. It employs a "passive management" - or indexing - investment approach designed to track the index. The fund attempts to invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the common stocks that make up the index. The index is comprised of utilities companies from developed and emerging markets outside of the United States that are classified as being part of the "Global Utilities" sector. The fund is non-diversified.
