The fund will invest at least 80% of assets in ADRs and GDRs that comprise the index or in the securities underlying such ADRs and GDRs. It generally will invest in all of the securities comprising the index in proportion to their weightings in the index. The index is composed of all liquid ADRs and GDRs of certain countries that are represented in the index. The fund is non-diversified.
