Investment Objective

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks the S&P Developed Ex-U.S. BMI Consumer Discretionary Sector Index. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Developed Ex-U.S. BMI Consumer Discretionary Sector Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy, which means that the fund is not required to purchase all of the securities represented in the index. The index is designed to represent the non-U.S. consumer discretionary sub-industry of developed countries included in the S&P Global BMI (Broad Market Index). It is non-diversified.
