The investment seeks to replicate the Dow Jones U.S. Select Telecommunications Index. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index measures the performance of the telecommunications sector of the U.S. equity market. As of March 31, 2012, the underlying index was concentrated in the fixed-line telecommunications and mobile telecommunications industry groups, which comprised 70.37% and 29.63%, respectively, of the market capitalization of the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
