Investment Objective

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible- before fees and expenses- the performance of the S&P 500- Equal Weight Index Telecommunication Services & Utilities Total Return. Under normal circumstances- the fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets- plus any borrowings for investment purposes- in the equity securities included in the underlying index. The underlying index is an unmanaged equal weighted version of the S&P 500- Utilities Index that consists of common stocks of companies that comprise the Utilities Sector and Telecommunication Services Sector of the S&P 500 - Index. It is non-diversified.
