A mega-deal could change the toy industry

Hasbro, the owner of most Disney toys and My Little Pony, reportedly wants to buy Mattel, the maker of Barbie dolls, Fisher-Price and Hot Wheels. The deal would potentially leave the company controlling 34% of the U.S. toy and game market, according to Wells Fargo Securities.
