This two-seat electric concept car from Opel, General Motors' European subsidiary, weighs about two-thirds less than a typical small car, the automaker says. It can go about 60 miles on a charge.
It was named after the 1928 RAK 2 rocket-powered car built by the grandson of company founder Adam Opel. For 2011, rocket fuel has been replaced by a battery.
