New York City's tech scene is finally getting some love from Silicon Valley: Not only has serious startup capital been flowing east, but in January top Palo Alto-based VC firm Accel Partners opened a Gotham branch to oversee its 17 New York portfolio companies. Leading the charge is partner Theresia Gouw Ranzetta, a 12-year veteran of Accel and a onetime management consultant, for whom being on the road 100 days a year is nothing new. We caught up with Ranzetta, 43, on her most recent New York jaunt to find out how she manages her bicoastal life.
