Fiat Chrysler (FCAU) said its new two-seater Abarth 124 Spider "aims at sweeping a new generation off their feet."
The original Fiat 124 Spider was a small, fun-to-drive sportscar that had adoring fans, but a reputation for mechanical troubles. It debuted in 1966.
This new car will be available in September with prices starting around €40,000 ($43,300) in Europe.
