T-Mobile(TMUS) is widely credited for forcing its competitors' hands with its "Uncarrier" promotions, including free Netflix binging and mini cell towers for customers. But Sprint(S) is offering to halve rivals' bills, AT&T(T) has some tempting promotions with DirecTV and even Verizon(VZ) ended contracts and cut rates.
