Calling Bill Clinton's first tweet "Bill Clinton's first tweet" is a bit disingenuous. Stephen Colbert tweeted on behalf of the former president for the first time, during a Clinton appearance this month on "The Colbert Report."

Colbert dubbed Bubba @PrezBillyJeff for that initial tweet, but Clinton has since changed his handle to boring old @BillClinton.
