(MONEY Magazine) – After last month's dismal showing for stocks and bonds, all equity fund categories posted gains in November. Midcaps led the way with a hefty 6.7% increase. In the bond market, the spike in interest rates took a toll on returns: The best any bond fund category could do was break even for the month.
