International, Ltd. (OTC PINK: COTE) (the "Company") is pleased to bring attention to the following EPA engine, gen set and motor vehicle aftermarket retrofit device evaluation program tests carried out on the Coates CSRV engine, electric power natural gas generator sets.

Excerpt from Independent Report: "Coates CSRV industrial electric power natural gas generator set normally aspirated 14.0 liter inline 6-cylinder stationary generator set: it is determined that this CSRV engine application complies with the guidance of 40 CFR 1048 -- 'control of emissions from large non-road spark-ignition engines' (title 40 of The Code of Federal Regulations Part 1048; http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx05/40cfr1048.05.htm) as per CFR 1048.5(B) as defined in 40 CFR 1048.801; this stationary engine is in compliance. Energy savings was measured at 27.5 to 30.4% less than standard units."

The Coates CSRV system has been fitted into a Mercedes 380SE vehicle which has been registered on the US roads for more than ten years and passed the state inspection tests every year. No oil changes or servicing were required or undertaken to that engine and the vehicle is still operational today.

Company President and CEO, Mr. George J. Coates, comments: "Independent testing tends to be very expensive and time consuming. Over a period of approximately 25 years, we have designed and developed a number of industrial engines, gen sets, truck and automobile engines, small 1-cylinder and 2-cylinder air-cooled engines, 4-cylinder 35KW home gen sets and a number of V8 automobile engines including V8 performance engines and two hydrogen reactors.

"We completed the R&D and testing only a couple of years ago and we have other projects underway. We are also in various stages of working on a number of business transactions."

There can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in any of its endeavors.
