In this role, Pucino assumes responsibility for the company's financial operations including all accounting, finance, financial reporting, and financial systems.

For the past 15 years, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of a number of publicly-traded and privately-held companies including THQ, Digital Insight and Tekelec. In these roles, he was responsible for all aspects of the companies' financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, financial planning, investor relations, and information systems. Pucino also has extensive experience in the areas of strategic planning, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions.

A Certified Public Accountant, Pucino holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, where he was a member of the school's CFO Advisory Board from 2011-2014.
