Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal Like other popular franchises, "Ratchet & Clank" jumps into the online waters this year, answer the call of thousands of fans. "Up Your Arsenal" does so with a bit more humor than its competitors, though. (Let's face it, you're not going to find a Morph-o-ray -- which turns enemies into chickens -- in "Halo 2.") The single-player game doesn't suffer with the addition of online play, either. For the PS2 owner, this is a perfect alternative to "Grand Theft Auto." ($39.99, rated "T")
