Chocolate Heart Box
The heart seems too pretty to eat, but once you've broken the milk chocolate shell, silky and smooth with a slight hint of caramel at the end, it will be difficult to stop. But you'll have to make it through a pound of premium chocolate bonbons first.
Jacques Torres hazelnut and selections are a classic -- beautifully balanced. For more adventurous tastes, there are passion-fruit infused hearts and a chef's special piece called M�nage a Trois that made hearts skip a beat. These chocolates are slightly less expensive than others of a similarly high class, but are no less sumptuous.
The top of the box can be inscribed with a short special message. Because of how fragile the heart is, it is available only in retail stores.
