Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in a portfolio of domestic common stocks of small cap companies. The Advisor defines "small cap" companies as companies with a total market capitalization between $150 million and $2 billion at the time of purchase. The fund is non-diversified.
