Investment Objective The investment seeks total return that exceeds the return of its benchmark index- the Credit Suisse Commodity Benchmark Total Return Index. The fund normally invests in commodity-linked derivative instruments that provide exposure to the investment returns of the commodities markets without investing directly in physical commodities- backed by an actively managed portfolio of fixed income securities. Commodities are assets that have tangible properties- such as oil- metals- and agricultural products. The advisor does not intend to invest in commodities directly. It may invest up to 25% of its total assets in the Subsidiary. The fund is non-diversified.
