Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term growth of capital along with income as a component of total return. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in long or short positions equity securities. Equity securities include- but are not limited to- common and preferred stocks as well as convertible securities- such as options- in domestic and foreign companies. It may invest up to 25% of its total assets- calculated at the time of purchase- in securities of foreign companies- including emerging market companies.
