Investment Objective The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of large-capitalization companies. It generally considers a security to be a large-capitalization security if, at the time of purchase, its market capitalization is within the range of capitalizations of companies in the Russell 1000 ® Index (the "index").
